Grilled Free-range Chicken
Beer-brined, fruitwood-grilled free-range Jidori chicken served over spaghetti squash and herb jus. Try it with a Blonde ale.
Steak Frites - Flank steak grilled over fruit wood, served with our classic Belgian fries
and garlic-herb pistou
Pommes Frites - Classic Belgian fries tossed lightly with sea salt, served with Raïoli (Chef Ray's garlic mayo)
Gougères - Gruyère cheese-puffs, hot from the oven!
