Here is a sampling from our new Summer menu, styled after the Belgian and French brasseries we love. Our focus is country-style small plates inspired by seasonally available produce, harvests and farm products that are sustainably and locally grown.

French Onion Soup with bubbling hot Gruyère

Ale-battered Fish ‘N Chips with fresh cod

Croque-Monsieur / Madame - Grilled-cheese sandwich with or w/o ham and egg - great for kids!

Moules-Frites (mussels and fries) in our daily broth

Grilled Free-range Chicken
Beer-brined, fruitwood-grilled free-range Jidori chicken served over spaghetti squash and herb jus. Try it with a Blonde ale.

Steak Frites - Flank steak grilled over fruit wood, served with our classic Belgian fries and garlic-herb pistou

Pommes Frites - Classic Belgian fries tossed lightly with sea salt, served with Raïoli (Chef Ray's garlic mayo)

Gougères - Gruyère cheese-puffs, hot from the oven!
