Ladyface Anniversary Ale, Glass & Growler Release Party

It’s that favorite time of year again! Save the date on Monday, January 15, Martin Luther King Day to purchase one of the coveted 100 Anniversary glasses. We will be releasing our 8th Anniversary Ale, “Octavia” as well as special 1-liter Anniversary growlers that are fillable with any Archival ales on tap throughout the year. Commemorative taster and poster are included with 8th Anniversary party (Jan 21, 2018) ticket purchase.
Ladyface Octennial Celebration
Join us to celebrate our 8th Anniversary with an Invitational beer festival, pouring some special Archival ales from the Ladyface cellar, as well as our 8th Anniversary ale “Octavia” a barrel-aged cellar blended Belgian Golden Strong ale. We will host a variety of craft beers from some amazing breweries-hard to find, brewmaster’s reserves, sours and special releases. Guest breweries include to be announced. For too long, our culture has considered beer to be a beverage for men, but there are plenty of women who appreciate the taste of a well-crafted brew. While most of today’s brewers fall into the “neckbearded male” category, historical evidence paints a different picture of the people who first created fermented beverages. Archaeologists have discovered relics proving that it was actually women who did the brewing while men were out hunting, and it stayed that way until the first versions of production breweries started operating in ancient Egypt.
