Announcing the release of Trébuchet® in 500 mL bottles!
Style: Golden Farmhouse sour ale, ABV 8.7%
Part of our Ingenuity Series of Barrel-aged Inventions, Trébuchet® was created with Ladyface’s Chaparral Saison brewed with honey from bees foraging on the local mountain sage scrub habitat. Aging in California Sauvignon Blanc barrels with Lactobacillus for over a year, created a complex sour character with integrated honey, green apple and tannin. This golden-hued farmhouse ale finishes very dry, lingers long with classic Belgian yeast character, and shows homage to the French-Belgian brewing heritage and its traditional fermentation techniques.

Here then are 20 of the city’s best, most underrated eateries, presented in no particular order.

Archaeologists have discovered relics proving that it was actually women who did the brewing while men were out hunting, and it stayed that way until the first versions of production breweries started operating in ancient Egypt.
