SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY for Apparel and gift merchandise
All products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and in new condition, with a copy of the invoice or receipt and reason of return within 15 days of purchase. Growlers and glassware may not be returned, unless they are damaged upon delivery. We are happy to make exchanges in size and color, but shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
For merchandise damaged in transit and ordered through LadyfaceAle.com online store and shipped to you via our shipping vendor, please inspect deliveries upon receipt and contact shop@Ladyfaceale.com within 48 hours of arrival so that we can initiate a claim with our shipping vendor. Please provide a scan of your receipt or order number from LadyfaceAle.com. Also, if at all possible, please keep the original package and its contents exactly as you found them. Our staff will give you instructions for returning the damaged product and receiving a replacement item or refund.
To return a shipped item purchased online, please contact us for instructions. Ladyface will only cover shipping costs to return and replace damaged or defective items. Shipping costs for items returned for any other reason are the buyer’s responsibility. Purchases made in-store from Ladyface Alehouse & Brasserie for any reason must be made directly to the pub, but you may ship them to us and they will be credited to the credit card used for payment or a gift card issued in its place.
About our Bottled Ales
Ladyface Ale Companie is a boutique craft brewer of Belgian-French style, Farmhouse and barrel-aged ales. We want you to be confident that you have purchased a high quality product. Our Brewmaster puts his 15+ years of brewing experience into artfully crafting each and every Ladyface ale to ensure high standards of quality control. We are a craft brewery and some of the flavors, ABV or other characteristics of our beers may vary by batch or year-to-year. However, we do not release beers that have not met our quality requirements or passed our sensory analysis and taste-testing. We brew over 25 beers per year, age ales in 196 oak barrels, and concoct about 50 casks, each with a different flavor profile, and taste is subjective. Why don’t we have your favorite ale?
Ladyface will sell no ale before its time. Some ales are released every year, and others are very limited or one-of-a-kind. In any ale creation, we let the barrels tell us when they are ready with varying production yields.
Many Ladyface Ales are aged for long periods of time in oak barrels, and may undergo additional bottle conditioning as they cellar in a time-honored European tradition leading to continued fermentation and acquired effervescence. Have a “beer-clean” tulip glass ready; please open and pour carefully.
Beer Shipping Information
Customer acknowledges that the California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulates the sale, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages. As an alcoholic beverage licensee, Ladyface is subject to regulations promulgated by ABC and the three-tier system. As such, Ladyface can only ship directly to the consumer to addresses in the State of California. The shipping company will verify that the purchasing recipient signs for the beer at the time of delivery and verify they are over the age of 21 years.
Return Policy for bottled ales
We are proud of the beers we make and hope that you enjoy your purchases. To ensure your satisfaction, we have the following return and cancellation policies, which may vary depending on what items you’ve purchased and how you’ve purchased them.
We generally do not accept returns of beer unless there is a product defect. If you receive a bottle or packaging that is defective we will generally issue a replacement product for such bottles. If a replacement product is not available, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or a store credit instead. We will not accept return of any product that was damaged due to weather conditions during transit or improper storage after either pick-up or shipment by us from our store. We also cannot accept returns for any beer delivered to you by another third party.

Pick up at Ladyface Alehouse & Brasserie: For beer you’ve purchased at our Brewpub, please check your order at the time of pick-up to ensure that it is correct and that all bottles are in good condition. We will not accept returns for any bottles picked up here at the pub.
Purchases from Third Party Retailers: We are unable to refund or replace beer that has been purchased from third party retailers (e.g., liquor stores, bottle shops, bars, restaurants, etc). If there is an issue with a bottle purchased from a retailer, please address the issue with that retailer.
All event sales (e.g., Festivals, Anniversary releases, Beer Dinners, etc.) are final and not refundable or transferrable.
We generally do refund or return purchases that were made in error. You may cancel an online order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@Ladyfaceale.com put “Order Cancellation” in the subject line. If the order is already in route, please refuse the shipment. We will credit you the cost of the product, minus shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. We cannot refund an item after it was accepted by you for delivery.
Ladyface operates secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall and security protection systems. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card number and other personal billing information when you place an order. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of this information by Ladyface.
Ladyface Ale Companie, LLC (“Ladyface”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement is intended to explain what types of information we collect about you, and how we use that information.
Ladyface only collects information which you may provide through voluntary submissions, such as when you make a purchase on our ecommerce site, subscribe to one of our newsletters or email lists, send us an email, respond to a survey, or engage with us on a social media platform such as Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram, or other such platform. Ladyface may use the information collected on its Social Media channels to send communications regarding our products and services, to analyze your activity on our Social Media Pages, and to develop our products and services.
Ladyface uses the information that you provide to deliver products that you have ordered, respond to your inquiries, contact you or the product recipient(s) in the event of order delay or difficulty, and send information about menu specials, events, surveys, or promotions through the various communication channels, including adding you to our email list.
With respect to emails and newsletters, you will receive exclusive information about special offers, events, new products and much more. If at any time you would like to stop future delivery of emails and newsletters, please follow the removal instructions located at the end of each message. Please note, however, that your request not to receive email information will not preclude us from contacting you by email or otherwise regarding questions we have about your purchase and other operational emails, such as shipping information.
Third Party Companies
We do not sell our mailing list or make names and addresses collected online available to other companies other than those inherently collected by third party companies to process your order and ship your products to you.
You should be aware that we may disclose specific information about you if necessary to do so by law or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with the law or is necessary to protect the users of our website, the website or the public.
